BIC 15ml Bottle Wite-Out 2 in 1 Correction Fluid (BICWOPFP11),White
$ 2.02
I first tried the pointed (pen-like) tip. The clear plastic covering was very hard to get off even though it did have dents to grip it (but not dented enough for the slick plastic). Once uncovered, it did work as intended, but was hard to control the flow to get enough, but not too much, white fluid. After replacing that cap, I tried to open the bottle part. It has NO RIDGES for traction and my fingers just keep sliding around it. I finally used a strip of silicon for traction and a vice grip to hold it and got it open. Why on earth would they not make that cap ridged like the cheaper versions are! The applicator worked fine, but the next time I tried to use the pointed tip, I could not get the clear cap off of it as it would just spin the bottle cover off instead!Edited — I awarded 2 more stars because I have gradually figured out that the clear cap is supposed to just pop off (with a slight angle to the “pop” force) and that with the clear cap on, to access the brush you use the ridges on the clear cap to aid in turning the white cap. It is still not 4 stars for me because it is hard to get the liquid flowing from the pen, having to press so hard that it badly indents (if not actually tears) the paper. (I do feel the “click” from pressing straight down on the pen nib, but the liquid still doesn’t flow without continuous pressure along the line to be covered.)
